ALIBABA : One of the worst restaurants in Kolkata. It SUCKS !!!
Last week We accidentally dropped in Park circus to have lunch. We were supposed to choose ZEESHAN ( just beside Park Circus Tram Depot) as it is one of our favourite. But, We found a new restaurant just on the opposite side of the road - ALIBABA. I had seen the coverage of this food joint in one of the bengali channels, presented by Mir. So, we thought to check the place.
We ordered one chicken & one mutton dish along with tandori rotis. Both the chicken & mutton dishes was equally bad. We had to eat those forcefully beacuse we had already placed orders. Otherwise, we should have thrown it at the face of those waiters. We also tested firni which was not also up to the mark. There was a constant bad smell which was present in the entire restaurant.
We advice people who come to have lunch at Park Circus ever not to go to this food joint, as this is the place where you will definitely be at a loss. You can go to ARSALAN or ZEESHAN.

But, nowadays, i have got some positive response from our collegues. I think i should go there again.

Back to Alibaba food, their Biriyani is really good. Tandori Roti was however not good. The Chicken dish I had was good too.
Overall I think Arsanal, Shiraz, Nizam and Royal still rocks and are the best.
@Sadaquat - People have right to express their opinion. You can't call them stupid. And as far as Aminia is concerned it is the worst Kolkata ever had.

Potato - half boiled and hard as ROCK
Rice Quality - Mixed with some left over(may be) rice
Chicken - Not at all ALIBABA standard ( One of the worst chicken taste)
When we called him he only says SORRY. He should have asked what the issue but rather only say sorry. This proves that he gave us the leftover or worst biryani. He knows that these are worst.
I will never ever order from Alibaba.
