Robibarer Ranna : Kankrar Jhal



Kankra or Crab is priceless. You can find only one guy selling this rare species in Maniktala Bazar. I paid the price of "25 taka zora" - Rs 25 for a pair of crab.

I came home and started preperation for cooking this animal. Its easy & simple:

Upokoron:

1. KaNkra/ crab - Bhalo kore porishkar kore futonto gorom jole ghanta khanek rekhe dite hobe.

2.Tejpaata, Gota gorom moshla (lobongo, darchini, chhoto elach, boro elaach, golmorich),Shorsher Tel,Peyanj 2 to boro, Roshun 1 ta, Adaa, Tomato 1 ti

3. Chini shamanyo, Lanka guro swad moto, Jire guro 1 tea spoon, Nun andaj moto

Pronalee:

korate shorsher tel gorom kore tejpata, lobongo, chhoto elach, boro elach, darchini, golmorich foron dite hobe. Tel-ta ektu beshi-i dite hobe.

Mixi-te Peyanj, roshun,ada, tomato ekshange paste kore nite hobe. Tel theke foroner shundor gondho ber hole ei moshlar paste -ta diye dite hobe. Bhalo kore koshiye nie, ebar ekta batite chini, lanka guro, jire guro bhalo kore olpo jol-e gule moshlate dite hobe. bhalo kore koshiye nite hobe. moshla theke tel chhere dile alu ar kankra dao. Kankrata bhenge dite hobe. Nun diye, jol diye chapa diye medium anche ranna korte hobe.

Sheddho hoye gele ichhe korle abar gorommoshlar guro deoa jay along with Ghee. Makha makha kore namiye gorom bhaat diye khete hobe.
